Getting Messaging Server 8.0.2.0/8.0.2.1 To Work With NotifyLink

Symptoms
New mail is not replicated to phone.
- Calendar and Contacts work fine.
- NotifyLink is able to see folders but does not see any of the emails in the folders.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled NotifyMDM and touchdown on the phone as well as created brand new NotifyLink and NotifyMDM accounts.
- Any phones using this connection seem to be affected.
The connections work like this: Mobile Phone (active sync) -> Notifylink Imap Client -> Comms server
The email server does not return data after the fetch:

Migrated mailbox to our new Oracle mail server v 8.0.2.1 (older version was 7.0.5.34.0).
