Getting Messaging Server 184.108.40.206/220.127.116.11 To Work With NotifyLink

Information in this document applies to any platform.
New mail is not replicated to phone.
- Calendar and Contacts work fine.
- NotifyLink is able to see folders but does not see any of the emails in the folders.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled NotifyMDM and touchdown on the phone as well as created brand new NotifyLink and NotifyMDM accounts.
- Any phones using this connection seem to be affected.
The connections work like this: Mobile Phone (active sync) -> Notifylink Imap Client -> Comms server
The email server does not return data after the fetch:
Migrated mailbox to our new Oracle mail server v 18.104.22.168 (older version was 22.214.171.124.0).
