Online Batch Submission - Jobs Stuck In Pending Status.

Symptoms

 

Online Batch Submission - Jobs stuck in Pending Status.

All/any jobs submitted from CCB Batch Online shows in pending status and will not move forward.

Checked TPW's and they appear to be running normally but jobs still remain in pending status. No other jobs or duplicates running at this time.

 

The following can be seen in the threadpoolworker log:

2018-02-07 07:14:21,598 [main] ERROR (api.batch.StandaloneExecuter) Couldn't start JMX Connector using URL: service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://node.domain.com:20103/spl/fw/jmxConnector...java.io.IOException: Cannot bind to URL [rmi://node.domain.com:20103/spl/fw/jmxConnector]: javax.naming.NameAlreadyBoundException: spl/fw/jmxConnector [Root exception is java.rmi.AlreadyBoundException: spl/fw/jmxConnector]
