Missing PDF file extension for PDF attachment in automatic emails from Switching.
The PDF file attachment in email automatically created by NMS when rejecting a switch plan does not have .pdf extension. Users cannot open the PDF file automatically. It has to be saved and opened by PDF viewer.
1. In a product environment create a switch plan, set the Requested By Email Address to a 3rd party email.
2. Schedule the switch plan. Note the email attachment doesn't have a PDF extension.
