Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

Symptoms

When logging into Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), the following error appears:

[1102] Please Check your User Rights. No Roles have been defined for you.

 

All users get this error.  As a result, no one can log into OFSAA.
