Client Level Activities Causing Deadlocks in Cycle

On : 10.2.0.29 version, Cycle Issues
During the processing of Pre and Post client level activities - cycle is causing deadlocks on a very small number of activities.
One thread was unable to complete and cycle would not finish processing because there deadlocks during cycle.
Steps to Reproduce
Run Cycle - Pre and Post Client level.
