Symptoms

With Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure 8.0.4 and 8.0.5, in 'Filters', when you try to edit a Hierarchy Filter, you cannot expand all nodes.  For some nodes, instead of displaying a "+" for the node, a circular spinning symbol exists.

You cannot click on these spinning nodes to expand them.

The more link to display additional members under a single node may also be entirely missing.

After turning on Internet Explorer java script debugging, the following error appears when editing the Hierarchy Filter:

Line: 1233
Error: Object doesn't support this action

As a result, you cannot update existing Hierarchy Filters.
