NPD POP Report Generating Error: "Server Error '/npd' Application"

When printing the POP (project on a page) from a NPD project with custom sections; the POP displays a server error.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Project (New Product > New SKU Test).
- From the action menu select POP.
- Select Project Summary, Custom Sections and PDF. Click POP > PDF.
- Wait for the error to display.
