Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.1.0 version, Storm Management

When attempting to start Storm Management after recently upgrading to 2.3.0.1, an error was noticed in the client log.

Changes

 The was at least one active storm in the system when the system was upgrade from 1.12.0.3 to 2.3.0.1
