Practical example to demonstrate - Adding a new Service History

On : version, WAM Work Management

When creating a service history, two get created.

1 Step 1. Go to Menu > Work Management > Work Activity > Search. The Work Activity search window displays.
2 Step 2. In the Work Activity Search By drop down select the appropriate search criteria.
3 Step 3. In the Activity information Zone, search by the appropriate criteria.
4 Step 4. Click search, the search results will display below.
5 Step 5. Select the correct Activity from the results. The Work Activity Record will appear.
6 Step 6. Navigate down to the Completion information Entry Zone. Select Create Any Service History, click the add icon. The Service History Type window displays.
7 Step 7. Select the appropriate Service History Type as required. Click Ok and the Service History window will display.
8 Step 8. Add the appropriate Comments and Fill in Information as needed.
Note: Pending on the Service History Type some fields will be filled in already and the last zone is different for each Service History Type
9 Step 9. Click Save
