Item Attribute Mass Maintenance Does Not Update The Attributes Values Correctly In Certain Scenarios (Doc ID 2359730.1)

Item attribute mass maintenance, does not update the attributes values correctly in certain scenarios.

Item attribute mass maintenance form should update the attributes always

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. (N) Setup/Item attribute mass maintenance
3. Select an item and update the attribute post processing lead time for 2 ORGs say M1 and M2
4. Now reset the values in above step by setting condition to 'set original value'. The values are now again null.
5. Again try to set a value for attribute post processing lead time for 1 ORG, say M2
6. After apply button is pressed, the record for ORG M2 disappears from the form
7. Re-query the form again. We find that still value for ORG M2 is not updated.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set the values correctly
