Dynamic Synchronize Is Not Consistently Working (Doc ID 2359819.1)

Symptoms

Modified fixture data is not getting synced to the AVTTB_FIXTURE table without having to manually synchronize.

As per the Data Model, for the Planner module, fixtures added/edited or deleted using AutoCAD tools may have information differing between the AVTTB_FIXTURE table and that held the corresponding AutoCAD drawing.

These differences can be resolved by means of the Synchronize tool in the Planner module.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select composite block, and place in drawing.
  2. Merchandise the modules.
  3. Validate that the nothing happen in the application.
