Text Item CFA Values Always Displaying In Upper Case (Doc ID 2360148.1)

Text item CFA [Custom Flex Attribute] value gets changed to uppercase when moving from one attrib group to another, even if lowercase was entered initially.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create 2 Attrib Groups - one with an record group (UI Widget type as List of Values) and another group using an text item (UI Widget type as Text) ) and data_type as Varchar2.
2. Go to Supplier screen and input a lower case string on the text item attrib field.
3. Now click on the second attrib group (with record group). Enter or do not enter anything here and go back to First Group.

Note that the text value has changed to Uppercase.
