"HI-DYLO-007; Nested Exception..." Occured in 3 Different Steps of the Claims Flow Processing

The issues were encountered when doing a performance test with a large volume of claims. It was reported in

It is not clear what this message entails and it is difficult to reproduce.
This error has not been encountered before. In doing some performance tests, WLS has been stopped and started a number of time and the queue was also emptied. Not sure if that is related.
Claims with this error are not processed correctly.
