Symptoms

R3 Files received from EMA are producing following error message.

Case XXXXXXXXXX General error while creating E2b report. The DTD
element [AUTHORITYNUMB] and [COMPANYNUMB] both exists in
the case. No case should have both elements together. Stored
Procedure: GENERATE_SAFETYREPORT
