In the process of turning on Inform EDC Informatica Mappings and DAC routines for OHSCDA 3.2 application. As additional information, Siebel CTMS is feeding OHSCDA 3.2
There seems to be inconsistency with Datasource_Num_Id in the documentation and mappings on Inform EDC to CDA:
1. Per OHSCDA Installation and Configuration Guide for Informatica Release 3.2 (E74822-01), under step 6 - table 2.1 of (2.1.3 Preparing a DAC Repository for OHSCDA), it says that you need to create separate data source for each trial in W_RXI_DATASOURCE_S. In Oracle's example, the values used are 3 and 101.
2. You followed all the steps, and as an experiment loaded two EDC trials with Datasource_Num_Ids 3 and 101.
2. When ran a test DAC load, the ETL failed on 'SIL_Subject_Status_Fact' due to duplicate records when creating the index U2. Investigating the issue revealed that column STATUS_CODE_WID LOV Lookup was all -1 (not found). Reason being that the lookup has the values with Data_source_num_id = 3, and the actual rows have Data_source_num_id = 101, so the lookup failed in the OOTB mapping.
Which step is missing here that causes these errors?
