Symptoms

Suggested switching substation switching is not allowing to select multiple devices like multiple breakers or substation transformers to transfer load from an entire substation.
Also, when one of the two substation transformers were disconnected and substation switching isolate and restore was performed, it popped an error message attached.

STEPS
1. Find a substation with 2 69kV/12kV transformers.
2. Take one of the transformers out of service by opening both end contactors and put HOLD tags on them.
3. Select the still connected transformer for Suggested switching, and getting an error as indicated in the attached image, which ask the user to unload each feeder individually.

Error dialog:
Suggest Switching Error
Transformer has no low voltage transfer bug or isolation point. Unload feeders individually.
