System Failed To Show Regulatory Clock And E2B Company Number

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The generated date and submitted date under regulatory reports tag fails to post dates for some revisions even though reports were generated and
submitted. Similarly, the E2B WW Number that was generated during report generation is missing under Additional Information page for some revisions.
-Check Additional Information tab and confirm E2B Case Number is not present
-Verify Case is locked in Case Entry state and No Reports generated.
-Auto Scheduled later is used.
-Close case and let report schedule/generate.
-Save case a few times
-Check revisions created for each case save
-Current revision shows both generated date and E2B Company Number present
but few of the previous case save revisions shows no data for E2B Company
Number and generated date fields after reports have been generated.
