When Adding a File Attachment In Web Client Agile File Upload Manager Shows Error "error" or "not completed" (Doc ID 2361308.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a file attachment in Web Client.
the Agile File Upload Manager loads and the file to be uploaded can be selected.
When user clicks the Upload button the Upload Manager Window shows:

ERROR
Not completed or error.

STEPS

  1. Log into Web client from any browser.
  2. Open any object.
  3. Select the Attachments tab and click "Add" to add a file attachment.
  4. The Agile File Upload Manager will show "error" or "not completed"
