Receiving 'Internal Server Error' While Opening View Log for SQL IDs

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), in the SQL Rule summary screen, when you try to open the View Log for a SQL Rule, the screen fails to load.  The following messages are in the window that opens:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Example:



The web server log contains an error also.  For example, the Websphere SystemOut.log contains the following error:
