Product Override for Policy Level Inquiry Screens Do Not Show Up in Application

Symptoms

On : 11.0.2.8 version, Inquiry


Actual Behavior
Product Override for Policy Level Inquiry Screens do not show up in Application.
If a product level inquiry screen is created and the applicable security is provided for it, it will be not be visible in OIPA.

Expected Behavior
You can have inquiry screens at the product level that are usable in OIPA

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Policy Level Inquiry at the Product Level.
2. Attribute all necessary Security. Notice that you cannot set security at the Plan level for that Inquiry.
3. Navigate to Application and notice that Inquiry Screen is not available on any plan nested under our Product.
4. Create an override for the Inquiry at the plan level. Set security for it. Notice that the Inquiry is now available in the application.
