Symptoms

Substation Suggested Switching not working in 2.3. It is taking more than 3 minutes in solving and always coming up with "No Plans Found" message. You tried in on a couple of substations and got the same results every time.

STEPS
1. Open feeder breaker in Study mode
2. Select the device and run Suggested Switching application with substation suggested switching option selected
3. Observe the time it takes in solving
4. Observe the error message after it finishes the solve
