We have refereed the <Note 2196486.1> for Batch Scheduler configuration,

 and facing issue while submitting multi thread batch with OUAF_BATCH.Submit_Job () procedure.

Multiple Batches are submitted with single thread



batch C1-xxx is getting submitted 5 times with thread number 1 to 5.
