Orders Stuck In Initial State At ASAP Level (Doc ID 2361994.1)

Goal

Q1: Why were orders stuck in pending state even after SARM connected successfully? 

 
Was the issue with SARM or NEP ?

If the issue was with NEP, would the initial state orders progress if we had just restarted NEP ?

Which logs indicates the long running RPC call ?
 

Q2: If this an issue in ASAP, is there a fix available ?
