Changing ToolTip In UIM DS Resets Selected Entity(Specification) And SQL Body

Symptoms
Changing the tool tip field of the characteristic specification in the DS erases the values already selected / entered for the Entity, Select Query, Body field of Entity Link characteristic.
Issue is reproducible using the steps below:
1. Create an entity link characteristic using DS.
2. On the Characteristic tab of Characteristic specification in DS:
2.1 Select the Entity
2.2 Observe 'Select Query' field gets auto populated.
2.3 Enter some value for the 'Body' field.
3. Go to the settings tab & enter any value for the ToolTip field.
4. Go back to the Characteristic tab & you will found that the 'Entity' ,'Select Query' & 'Body' field gets blank.
2. On the Characteristic tab of Characteristic specification in DS:
2.1 Select the Entity
2.2 Observe 'Select Query' field gets auto populated.
2.3 Enter some value for the 'Body' field.
3. Go to the settings tab & enter any value for the ToolTip field.
4. Go back to the Characteristic tab & you will found that the 'Entity' ,'Select Query' & 'Body' field gets blank.
