Q & A On Migration Of Calendars From Calendar Server 6.3 To CalDAV 7.0.5 (Doc ID 2362089.1)

Goal

Qn1:  Is it possible to migrate calendars from Calendar 6.3 to CalDAV 7.0.5?  Is there any manual workaround like export / import?
 
Qn2:  Are there any parameters that can be changed to get a faster migration, such as threads on Glassfish?

Qn3:  Is it possible to stop or monitor the migration process? Is there a way to check the threads status from Glassfish? In fact, we have visibility just from master_log or Is there another way?
