On : 2.1.0.3 version, Usages
When the meter exchange option of a Usage Subscription Type is set as Defer Calculation, any service points whose usage subscriptions belong to the Usage Subscription Type cannot be downloaded and are given error message ‘Usage Transaction ID cannot be found’,
the following error occurs.
