On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, Subscription Management
Issue occurs after installing the <patch 26659139>
Steps to reproduce :
1) 15-09-2017-Create account with any plan. Billing Day Of Month=10.
2) 05-10-2017-Purchase a discount.
3) 05-10-2017- Do Re-rating.
4) 06-10-2017-Cancel the product and discount.
5) 06-10-2017-Purchase the product and discount.
6) 06-10-2017- Billing.
Verify the charges.
Actual Behavior
--------------------
Billing doesn't execute because of a negative amount of taxes.
