Symptoms

Scheduler has not dispatched anything for over an hour.

Field Activities from CC&B can be 'backdated' based on the original customer sign-up date.
When these activities are sent to MWM/ORS the start of the activity time window is the original backdated date.
In extreme cases (where the start date is 12 months ago, for example) this can result in hundreds of time windows being needlessly generated in the past
