BSP Cash Flow Edit Failed with ORA-12154 and ORA-12162

Symptoms

On : 8.0.2.0.8 version, Calculation Engine

When attempting to run Cash Flow Edit received the following error in bsplog.log and command line.

Error:
[12154] - ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
[12162] - ORA-12162: TNS:net service name is incorrectly specified


Steps to Replicate:
1. Created Cash Flow Edit and select a chart of account. Preview mode checked.
2. Ran Cash Flow Edit and shows Process Failed.
3. Checked bsplog.log in Planning Server and shows ORA-12154 error below:
    Oracle Error: [12154] - ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
4. Verify config.xml and tnsnames.ora in planning are correct.
5. Run cash flow edit via command line in Planning as below and received additional error:
