Dimension Tables Names in ODM Schema for List Data Type Is Different Among Multiple OPLA Environment Connected to the Same Agile 9 Source Database (Doc ID 2364243.1)

Actual Behavior

There are multiple OPLA instances which is connected to the same Agile 9 source database.
There is a difference in the way the dimension tables are named in ODM schema for List data type.

Expected Behavior

Dimension table name in the ODM schema for List data type should be the same for all the environment connecting to the same Agile 9 source database


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Dev, prod, and QA environment, followed instruction in Note:1536124.1 and connected to the same A9 source DB
2. Check the dimension table in ODM schema for List data type
