ERROR

If a Form Description has a special character or (special character = elevated "O") then the Docfactory process is failing with a 341- Distribution error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Docfactory process where an invalid entry(special character = elevated "o") is present in the NA POL field in the TRNS table, causes a 341- Distribution error.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use a special character with DocFactory process.
