When running a Standard Transfer Pricing Process Rule with an Adjustment Rule (Liquidity Premium only, no Transfer Pricing rule), the process assigns the Liquidity Premium Rate as expected, but fails to assign the instrument Liquidity Premium Charge/Credit.

Example of instrument results:
LIQUIDITY_PREMIUM_RATE 0.890105
LIQUIDITY_PREM_CHARGE_CREDIT 0.000  <-----------no rate

Expected Behavior:
Expect Liquidity Premium Charge/Credit posting when premium rate is calculated.
