Goal

When creating DataConnect consumption extracts, need help de-coding the runDateTime component of the file name.
 
fileName: SomeFilename_[rundate]
Sample: SomeFilename_00000000270000000004000002018-02-07-01.06.39.DAT
Batch number (10 digits)
Thread number (10 digits)
????? (5 digits -- what is this??)
Date/Time (19 chars format yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss w/ 24hr time)
 
What are the 5 characters between thread number and the date/time?
