On : 10.2.0.30 version, Policy information

Users report the following system error when navigating to Context Roles on the Client screen

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the client screen of an existing client, or create a new client.

2. Click on the CONTEXT ROLES navigation in the left navigation section. A Null pointer exception occurs.
