Large XML Imports Initiated From P6 Professional Cause Database Locking

When attempting to import a large XML, the process can go on indefinitely, causing database locks which can affect other running jobs in P6 EPPM.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to import this XML.
2. Observe that the process never completes successfully.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import a large XML.
