Call Reference Number Sent As Integer Representation Of ASCII Across DCD

The call reference number received by ACS as a hex field is sent across DCD as an integer representation of (some of) its ASCII digits:

2018/02/05 09:27:58 acsProfileConcept.cc 173  avpConfig extracted an Integer of 825307698 from the profile.
You will note that 825307698 = 0x31313232, and the last two bytes have gone missing (11 22).
