Endeca Application Log Time Stamp Error

The application log had the time stamp skip an hour forward, then back an hour to the correct time.
For example, they run hourly baselines and the log entry for these went from 10am to 12am to 11am to 12am, then on to 1pm and so on.
What could cause this?
