How to get Finalized IMD with No Read System as Final Condition Code Not Visible on Measurement Table (Doc ID 2366002.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 04, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.2.0.1.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When running the Final Measurement replacement rule against Scalar IMDs, we configured the rule to update any lower quality reads to have a condition code of No Read System. When testing this rule, we noticed that No Read-System measurements were being finalized to our measurement table. We discovered that the D1-SNORMIMD algorithm on the D1-InitialLoadIMDScalar BO has a parameter that is supposed to identify the No Read System condition code but the condition code value is listed.

Test Steps:

1. Create device, device configuration and MC with BO Register - Auto-Read
2. Create first measurement for MC with reading 100 and condition code - Regular.
3. Create second measurement for MC with reading 110 and lower condition code - 'System estimate'

Expected Result - IMD will be finalized with No Read System as final condition code and not be visible on measurement table.
Actual Result - IMD finalised with No Read System as final condition code is visible on measurement table.
