Symptoms
On MDM version 2.2.0.1.0 when trying to assign a User Group either D1-SYNCREQININITBOAS or D1-SYNCREQINONGOBOAS application service, a null pointer exception is thrown. When looking at each individual application service, there is an out of the box access mode that is blank on the front end.
