Symptoms

On RMB v2.6.0.0.0 against FW v4.3.0.4, Customer Information:
Account ID Filter is Populated with "undefined" on Refund Write Off Request Search Zon.e  

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
------------------------
Right after logging into the application, if the user accesses the Search screen, the multi-query search zone comes up with Account ID populated with "undefined" by default.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The expectation is all search filters to come up blank as always.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Main Menu > Financial > Refund Write Off Request > Search".
2. Ensure 'Search by' field shows Request Details option (which is the default).
3. Account ID field shows 'undefined'.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do the search unless they delete the "undefined" string. This additional step is unnecessary.
