Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Balance for non-currency resource is 36$.
Present threshold is 30$
Go to customer center and increase the credit limit from 30 to 60, threshold_breach_up notification is triggered.
Again go to customer center and increase the credit limit from 60 to 30, threshold_breach_down notification is triggered.

Expectation: On changing the credit limit value, the threshold up and below notifications should not be triggered.
