Unable To Change Password for Root Account (Doc ID 2366250.1)

Goal

 On :  7.5.0.17.0 version, Customer Center

One is unable to change the root.0.0.0.1 user's password for ADMIN_CLIENT and PCM_CLIENT  service.
Signal 11 error is received in cm.pinlog as shown below :

STEPS :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Open the root account in customer center.
b. Select File->Change password, it will pop-up to under current password, new password. Enter old password "password" and new password " password1" and entered the same "password1" in "Re-enter password".
c. And then selected "ok".
