All Type of Requests Are Not Transferred From/To Actor server

Requests involving the local disk of the Actor server are being stuck. They are staying in the queue of the Actor having 0% progress and they will not be processed till the Actor service manually restart.

All other requests are working o.k. The service of the Actor is not crashing.

In Event Viewer, there is an error like: "QLogic BCM57810 10 Gigabit Ethernet (NDIS VBD Client) #49: The network link is down. Check to make sure the network cable is properly connected."
