How Should FSI_D_EMBEDDED_OPTIONS Table be Populated? (Doc ID 2366440.1)

Goal

Question 1: How can FSI_D_EMBEDDED_OPTIONS table be populated? 

T2Ts were already checked but information on what will be the Staging table for population of OPTION_EXERCISE_CD, OPTION_RATE_LOOKUP_CD, OPTION_STRIKE_TYPE_CD, OPTION_TYPE_CD, STRIKE_IRC_CD appears to be missing.
 
Question 2: Please share information on below columns from STG_BORROWINGS table:

EXERCISE_TYPE_CD

RATE_LOOKUP_CD

STRIKE_TYPE_CD

OPTION_TYPE_CD

, which can be used to populate FSI_D_EMBEDDED_OPTIONS table using T2T "T2T_EMBEDDED_OPTIONS_BORROWINGS".

What data is contained by those columns from STG_BORROWINGS table?
