Pending Disconnect Optical Assignments All Hops Not Reflecting (Doc ID 2366459.1)

Symptoms

While disconnecting Network Block in a connection.

The circuit   e.g CKT1 has Network assignment from and then pulled the circuit into another open order and created the design issue(Pending) with an open order.

Right click and disconnected the Network assignment on Pending issue then in Reconcile window shows only the assignments from 1 hop and all other assignments other hop  are missing.

When a network block is disconnected the underlying assignments move to  pending disconnect, but when viewed in reconcile window all the hops are not reflected. only partial information is available.
