Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 14.0 to 14.0.4 [Release 14.0]
Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 16.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

If a user takes units from a pfl location to a new generic container through the screen "FPL Management" (inventory adjusment [ATS -> RIP]) and then performs the manual replenishment of that container back to the pfl, the

system generates an inventory adjustment of type [TRBL -> ATS]. This type of adjustment causes an invalid movement of the non_sellable_qty column of the table ITEM_LOC_SOH (RMS). This invalid movement happens because the system do not increases the NON_SELLABLE_QTY when the user takes the units from the PFL, but decreases the NON_SELLABLE_QTY when the user performs the manual replenishment.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Take into a new generic container units from a PFL using the screen "FPL Management"
  2. Issue: Notice inv_adj is passed with ATS -> RIP even though container inv_disp is set to TRBL.
  3. Perform the manual replenishment of that new container back to the FPL,Creates inv adj TRBL -> ATS
  4. Mismatch in inv adj disp codes causes inventory mismatch in RMS.
