Hybrid Interest Rate Code with a Large Number Rates Fails to Open with a Spinning Hourglass (Doc ID 2366655.1)

Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 8.0.4, after running IRC_HYBRID_SCHEDULER to generate Hybrid Curve rates, when you go to Rate Management > Interest Rates and try to open the related Hybrid Curve, you get a spinning hourglass and the screen never loads.

The following error also appears:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /ofsaa/fsapps/common/interestRateCode.action.


Reason: Error reading from remote server 

As a result of this issue, you cannot edit the Hybrid Interest Rate Code definition.
