Adjustment Rule with Type Break Charges Default to Exclude Accrued Interest and Interest Only (Doc ID 2366681.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.4 version, User Interface

When configuring Adjustment rule with type break charges found the following issues:

1. The system by default checking the boxes for "Exclude Accrued Interest" and "Interest Only" options.

2. Tried to update the "fsi_m_adjustment_rule" for "interest_only_flg" and "exclude_accrued_int_flg" with 0.
    After successful update able to see both boxes are unchecked.
    But again if click on save button, selections are overridden.
