Actual Behavior
When a user is on the client comments screen and they modify a search field and click the refresh button the results table column headers change.
On initial load of the client comments screen the results table column headers match what is in the configuration but once a search field is modified
and 'Refresh' is clicked no results are displayed and the results table column headers change to random variables. The configured values disappear.

Expected Behavior
When a user searches for a comment on the client comment search screen and they click 'Refresh' the expected results would be shown along with the configured column headers would remain present and not get modified.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Configure the client's comment screen
2) Configure a search field (We are using a drop down)
3) Navigate to a client in OIPA where multiple comments exist
4) Notice current results table and the headers of the columns i.e. (Source,Type,Comment,...)
5) Modify a search field and click 'refresh'
6) Notice the expected results aren't displayed along with different column headers compared to step 4

Business Impact
Expected column headers aren't being shown which impacts the readability of the screen along with the desired values not being displayed for the user.

Refresh the entire screen to restore original table, search will still be broken after refresh
