Goal

Currently using a custom application which injects messages with the 'deliver' command into users mailboxes, by-passing the user's quotas. A lot of marketing emails were using this and running it concurrently; thus it was leaving jmq queues backlogged as part of ISS where the GlassFish Application Server became overloaded and caused it to crash. Is there another way to by-pass user quotas?
